- CCI's mission is to ensure that everyone in Greenwich-
no matter what their economic situation - has a chance to take advantage of the town's excellent education system, access
to the arts and other enriching experiences.
- CCI
does this by providing homework clubs, tutoring, and after school/summer enrichment programs for kids, citizenship and English
language programs, therapeutic counseling, and supportive social groups for teens, seniors, mentally challenged adults, and
families in crisis.
- CCI prides itself on being
able to perceive and quickly develop programs to address new needs in the community it serves.
- CCI has minimal fees for the programs. It receives United Way funding and support
from foundations and individual donors.
- CCI's
a place where clients are always assured a welcome. Programs also take place in clients' homes, in schools, on field trips,
and even in the court room to advocate for those who have no one else to speak for them.
